About

Nikita is a trained integrative therapist and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She offers confidential counselling, allowing therapy to be interactive, creative and person-centred. As a trained therapist, she is skilled in helping you to explore and process difficult subjects in a safe environment.

Nikita fosters her practice on ensuring that a positive therapeutic relationship is the first step to success. Her approach is integrative, combining humanistic, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and compassion-focused approaches. Nikita has experience of working with a wide range of mental health challenges.
She initially trained at Headway - Brain Injury Rehabilitation, providing counselling therapy for complex trauma and the complexities of head injury. She then went on to be a school counsellor, supporting vulnerable young people. Most recently, she has been a therapist to the Metropolitan Police force.

Nikita is very passionate about the work she does, helping to improve someone’s mental health and all the components that go with it.

Position at Priory

Qualified Integrative Therapist, and a registered member of the BACP.

Nikita is a new member of the Priory team, joining in 2024.
