My interest is in helping clients to make sense of their lives, choices and decisions, no matter how complex they may initially seem. My experience and expertise lie in the centre of what it takes the client to be experiential and make a safe space for them to explore. I take a proactive approach in using various modalities to support clients in their journey.

Current research in sports psychology – research in professional training athletes as part of thesis.
