About

I am a fully accredited therapist and clinical supervisor, with 17 years of experience working in the field of mental health. My therapy style is warm, non-judgemental, reflective and collaborative. As an integrative therapist, I draw on a wide range of modalities in order to create the right therapeutic approach to suit your needs. My clinical experience and research interests lie in the areas of trauma, relationships, family dynamics, stress, mood and thought disorders, co-dependency, communication issues, self-esteem, chronic illness, depression and anxiety.

Position at Priory

Sophie is an integrative therapist who joined Priory in November 2022, alongside her work as a therapist in NHS primary care and private practice.
 
Sophie is a registered and accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
