We all experience times of uncertainty, loss, or change, and I believe we all benefit from sharing our burdens with someone else. I understand that seeking psychological support can feel scary but my approach is open, warm and accepting. I work collaboratively with my patients, treating all information in the strictest confidence. I aim to empower individuals to develop their own skills, to deal with difficulties in the present and going forward.

Relationships lie at the heart of all my work and forms the foundation of my approach. I look forward to working with you.
